Customer Terms and Conditions
Below are details covering the terms and conditions applicable to using and viewing The Enthusiasts Hub website. Continued use of the website constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
Cancelling Orders
In the unlikely event of you wishing to cancel an order, you may do so, up to and including, 14 days commencing from the day after receipt of goods. Products should be undamaged and returned in appropriate packaging. Postage should be via registered post.
Payment will be refunded within 14 days of the returned goods being received by the shop you ordered from.
Clothing Sizes
All our garment pages have size guides to help you choose the correct size garment. Where a particular garment size comes in what you might call larger or smaller than standard fit, we indicate this fact and advise you to order a slightly larger or smaller size than you normally would.
Please DONT BUY Multiple Sized Garments
Please refrain from buying multiple sized garments with the intention of returning those that dont fit. If you are unsure about what size you should order, in the first instance refer to the size guides and sizing advice. If you still have concerns, please contact us prior to ordering so we can discuss and help reassure you of the ideal size you should order.
We make most garments up to order based on your size and colour choices to keep our standing stock overheads as low as possible. This allows us to spend more time creating unique and personalised designs instead of managing a large stock overhead.

Purchase of any product from this website DOES NOT convey any rights, in respect of image copyright, to the purchaser to use the product image(s) for any use other than its intended purpose, including but not restricted to –
- all sales are strictly for personal use only – commercial usage rights and licences are available seperately here
- image copying for any use other than posting a picture of the entire purchase as notice of purchase on social media
- use of any image part in any derivative form
- resale in any form other than sale of the original purchase as a second hand, non commercial i.e. personal use only transaction
Delivery and Postage
Most purchases are individually printed and/or embroidered to order. Our aim is to deliver within 14 working days from the date of your order but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Overseas Orders
We ship worldwide – postage prices to non UK Mainland addresses are displayed in the cart.
Returns
In the unlikely event of you wishing to return an order, you may do so, up to and including, 14 days commencing from the day after receipt of goods. Products should be undamaged and returned in appropriate packaging. Postage should be via registered post.
Payment will be refunded within 14 days of the returned goods being received by the shop you purchased from.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact the shop you purchased from in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Please state the nature of the damage and if you would prefer a refund or replacement goods. You have 28 days from the date of order to return the faulty goods. All returns must be securely packaged and sent via registered post.
Shop Owner Terms and Conditions
Applying For A Shop
By applying for a shop you agree to these terms of our site use. You agree to the subscription fees. You agree to not sell any products that are
- items of a sexual nature
- vaping or vape related paraphernalia
- products containing tobacco
- products containing alcohol
- bladed products
You are wholly responsible for all orders, refunds, and communications with customers where you choose to fulfil orders via your own stock or 3rd party supplier. The Enthusiasts Hub is available to help where applicable, but all third-party companies are your responsibility to communicate with and manage.
You are responsible for ensuring any communications from customers regarding orders fulfilled via The Enthusiasts Hub are communicated to us as speedily as possible.
All communication with customers should be professional and without discrimination. We do not accept any discrimination, abuse or trolling from our shop owners, nor towards our shop owners. By becoming a shop owner you are becoming a visible member of our community and agree to help its running of being a kind shared space for all enthusiasts.
Products
Tier 1 and 2 customers
You may add as many products as you want to your shop
Tier 3 and Tier 4 customers
You can add up to 15 products to you shop. You can apply for blocks of additional products to be added.
Where you manage your own shop, each product will be subject to review prior to going live. The Enthusiasts Hub has the right to approve or disapprove any submitted products. You may appeal any decisions made within 14 days and the product will be reviewed. The Enthusiasts Hub s decision is final.
If you add any product on the banned list, you will be informed and given a warning. If you further attempt to add products on the banned list, The Enthusiasts Hub has the right to terminate your contract and close your shop. You will not be allowed to apply for a new shop and will forefeit any refunds.
Closing Your Shop
Should you wish to close your shop at any time, you are free to do so without any extra cost. We will hold your shop in a deactivated state for 6 weeks. Should you change your mind during these 6 weeks, you may do so without any extra cost. Your shop will be reactivated and continue as per your subscription, unless of any agreed-upon changes. After 6 weeks, your store will be deleted. Should you wish to reopen your store in the future you will need to reapply again and a new subscription will be required regardless of any previous payments.
Returns
The relevant return address will be given upon receipt of your written notification of intent to return goods.
