Custom Orders Orders that have any custom or personalised element are non-returnable, unless, they have a material defect. All items are thoroughly checked for defects prior to posting so instances requiring the need to return a custom order are extremely small. Please ensure you check all spellings and custom design elements thoroughly prior to submitting your order. Clothing Sizes All our garment pages have size guides to help you choose the correct size garment. Where a particular garment size comes in what you might call larger or smaller than standard fit, we indicate this fact and advise you to order a slightly larger or smaller size than you normally would. Please DONT BUY Multiple Sized Garments Please refrain from buying multiple sized garments with the intention of returning those that don't fit. We make most garments up to order based on your size and colour choices to keep our standing stock overheads as low as possible. This allows us to spend more time creating unique and personalised designs instead of managing a large stock overhead and unnecessary returns.
Most items are made to order. We aim to despatch orders with 7-10 working days but please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive.
